Busch Wildlife Engagement Session// Joe & Jessie
Have you ever met a couple and immediately thought, “Okay wow, these two were clearly custom-designed in a love lab and accidentally released into the wild together”? That’s Joe and Jessie. They’re adorable. Like, offensively adorable.
When they booked their St. Louis engagement photography session with us, we gave them a challenge: “Think outside the box. Pick something you genuinely love doing together.” And boy, did they deliver. Forget the standard park strolls or stiff prom-pose reenactments—Joe and Jessie went all-in with a camping adventure at Busch Wildlife. We’re talking flannel shirts, a tent pitched under the trees, and the ultimate romantic gesture: board games. It was part rustic romance, part cozy nerd-fest… basically, our dream gig.
From the moment we started shooting, these two were laughing, teasing, and bantering like they’d already been married for decades. Every photo oozed personality and love, which is exactly what makes engagement photography in St. Louis so much fun for us.
